Returns

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and approved via our returns form or your Doll Smash account.

Cosmetics are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (unless faulty). Clothing and accessories can be returned if unused, undamaged and with all original labels attached. Customers are responsible for return postage; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 days for processing (longer during peak periods), plus up to 72 hours for the refund to appear in your account.

The Best Foundation Stick

This is the best make up I have used. I used doll smash face base, followed by the foundation stick in tawny and then doll smash concealer around the eyes. And it looked absolutely flawless 💜 it stayed in place all day and the comments I received were fabulous. I highly recommend doll smash.
