Returns Policy

AT DOLL SMASH we hope that you are delighted with your purchases, however we all change our mind from time to time. If for any reason you wish to return your items, you may return any product in its original condition for a full refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, you will be offered an exchange only. Original condition means that there are no marks on the products packaging, it has not been opened, used or damaged and the item is in a re-saleable condition.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order or amend an address, please contact the DOLL SMASH team as soon as possible after placing your order at support@dollsmash.com. Please be aware that during peak trading periods we may not be able to amend orders.

NON-FAULTY UK RETURN OPTIONS

Complimentary returns: In order to return your online order to us free of charge, please print and complete our Returns Document which can be found HERE and select the correct return reason. Package your item and return to your local Post Office.

NOTE: Please ensure your package is wrapped securely and keep your proof of postage so you can confirm it has been delivered back to us. We cannot accept any liability for any items lost or damaged in transit.

For health and hygiene reasons, please be aware that we are unable to accept any returns of sealed goods without the hygiene seal.

Independent returns: if you wish to return your item via an independent courier of your choice you can do so by returning the goods to the following address:

FAULTY ITEMS

In accordance with your statutory rights, you may return products where the product is faulty (unfit for purpose, unsatisfactory quality).

Any package that is visibly damaged upon delivery please sign for your package as “received damaged”.

If your goods are received faulty or damaged on delivery once opened, please contact the DOLL SMASH customer service team via email at support@dollsmash.com within 48 hours.

You will be notified by email once your returns have been received and processed.
