Returns
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and approved via our returns form or your Doll Smash account.
Cosmetics are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (unless faulty). Clothing and accessories can be returned if unused, undamaged and with all original labels attached. Customers are responsible for return postage; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 days for processing (longer during peak periods), plus up to 72 hours for the refund to appear in your account.

Let the glue sit for 20-30 seconds until it becomes tacky. This makes it easier to position and keeps the lashes in place without slipping.
